02/13/10 - Miroslaw Jachimowicz , 26, of 86 Myrtle Ave., Stamford, was charged Saturday with breach of peace in the second degree. - Daniel Blinder , 24, of 39 Dagmar Road, Stamford, was charged Friday with evading responsibility for property damage or injury, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, and traveling at an unreasonable speed.
