Town of Onondaga rescinds contract to swap land with Byrne Dairy

06/21/11 Company wanted the land swap so it could one day turn its Byrne Dairy store on West Seneca Turnpike into a larger convenience store, including gas pumps.

Sunoco Continues Expansion Into Western New York

07/12/11 PHILADELPHIA -- Sunoco Inc. has purchased a West Seneca, N.Y., convenience store and gas station, marking further expansion into the western half of the state, according to Buffalo Business First . The company paid $500,000 for the combination Mobil/Mobil on the Run location at 1445 Union Rd.
