    No full-strength beer at some outlets

    02/25/10 DENVER - The Legislature killed the latest effort by convenience stores to sell full-strength beer on Wednesday. House Bill 1186 died in a 3-8 vote in the House Finance Committee. It would have let convenience stores - but not grocery stores - sell full-strength beer.
