    Urban Renewal backs Front Porch project

    06/10/11  City Manager Rick Klein presented the Front Porch project with illustrations, a summary of the project and details of expected expenditures. The Urban Renewal Authority unanimously agreed to back the project in the amount of $83,000 (20 percent of cost of project) contingent upon the city of La Junta budgeting five percent of the project in its 2012 budget (at least $20,000).
