Mother of John Denver dies

01/20/10 AURORA, Colo. - Erma Louise Deutschendorf Davis, the mother of the late singer/Aspenite John Denver, died Sunday at Aurora South Hospital. She was 87. Windstar Foundation in Old Snowmass, the nonprofit, environmental education organization that Denver helped found, sent out an e-mail Wednesday announcing her death.
