03/10/11 Pottstown High School alumnus Ms. Carla Day and Pottstown High School senior Janelle Whitehurst were honored by the YWCA Tri County Area during their annual Black Heritage Celebration event.

04/23/11 Von Hardesty, curator and historian at the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum, will visit Findlay and speak at the Black Heritage Library & Multicultural Center.
