02/15/10 Carbondale, Ill. -- Hundreds of people have signed a petition to end a ban on alcohol sales, but in the end it may come down to one vote. Grocery stores like Kroger, Schnuck's, Arnold's Market and Neighborhood Co-op can't sell beer or wine. They started a petition to overturn that ban.
