Route 8 closed at Titusville's South Franklin Street Bridge

04/19/11 TITUSVILLE -- A section of Route 8 is closed for reconstruction of the South Franklin Street Bridge. The road will be closed from Bloss Street to Mechanic Street until about July 1, a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation spokesman said.
