Stars Release Schedule of Opponents for Upcoming 2011-12 Season

07/14/11 Cedar Park, TX - The Texas Stars announced on Thursday the schedule format for the upcoming 2011-12 season. The new six-division alignment in the AHL for 2011-12 reduces the size of the West Division from eight teams to five teams.

Longtime Lamorinda, Walnut Creek principal Ballock dies

07/14/11 A celebration of life for Eugene Ballock, who died July 3 in Walnut Creek, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Walnut Creek United Methodist Church.Hallock, 80, was the last principal at Del Valle High School in Walnut Creek.
