Other news06/11/11 CHESTERTOWN, Md. - Natural Resources Police Thursday recovered the body of drowning victim James Joseph Schmidt, 47, of Millington. His body was recovered by a dragging operation at 5:45 p.m. in the same general area of the Chester River where he went missing the day before, according to NRP spokesman Sgt. Art Windemuth.
