Fort Payne cable rates on rise

02/05/10 Basic cable rates will soon increase for Windjammer Cable customers in Fort Payne. On March 1, rates for broadcast basic (channels 2-22) will increase $1 per month and rates for expanded basic (channels 2-61) will increase $1.91 per month.
