Other news05/29/11 Bismarck Expressway is only open to truck traffic from Main Avenue to Washington Street. The Bismarck Police Department, North Dakota Highway Patrol and the National Guard have been directing traffic along Expressway from Washington Street to Airport Road to ease with congestion.
