Xcel putting Comanche power plant back online

07/15/11 Xcel Energy on Thursday was working to bring two of the three power units at its Comanche station back to full power, a day after the power plant shut down as part of an outage that darkened houses and businesses from Canon City to the Kansas border and from Pueblo to the New Mexico line.
