04/29/11 30 April 2011 - The Philippine Consulate General in New York reported that Consul General Mario de Leon, Jr. attended the celebration of the 23 rd Global Youth Service Day (GYSD) on April 15 in Jamaica in Queens, New York City. With the Consul General as a special guest, the event was held at the center of the Filipino American Human Services Inc. (FAHSI) in Jamaica, Queens.

Phl Consulate General in Chicago Conducts Consular Outreach in Southern Ohio

07/11/11 12 July 2011 - The Philippine Consulate General in Chicago reported that a successful consular outreach program was conducted in Fairfield, Ohio on July 2, in coordination with the Filipino American Association of Southern Ohio (FASO) headed by its president Mr. Guillermo Guinigundo. It was held at the LLP Office of Guinigundo & Guinigundo, Inc. for the second consecutive year.
