American Rickie Fowler is within striking distance at British Open

07/16/11 American Rickie Fowler turns in one of two 68s at the British Open on Saturday, leaving him three shots behind leader Darren Clarke heading into Sunday's final round. Rickie Fowler got his first exposure to links golf at the 2007 Walker Cup, as the youngest member of a United States team traveling to Royal County Down in Ireland.
