12/09/09 A Mini Cooper reportedly collided with a cement truck headed to a job site in Burney this morning on Deschutes Road, about a half-mile south of Highway 299 in Bella Vista.Muriel Elliott, 63, of Redding was driving the Mini Cooper and suffered major injuries.
