07/06/11 THEFT: Two red picnic benches were reportedly stolen from in front of 530 Broad St. between 1 and 4 p.m. Thursday. Chambersburg Police said the benches were blocking a portion of the sidewalk that had been recently repaired. The victim was identified as Burnell Smith.
