Rodeo battles Mother Nature on Thursday and Friday

07/18/11 Mother Nature dealt the 49th Annual Tops In Texas PRCA Rodeo a blow on Thursday night and threatened to on Friday, but eventually ended up holding back on the rain while reducing the temperature significantly, making for a pleasant evening at the Lon Morris College Rodeo Arena.
