City Councilman Ed Arnold Changes His Plea

06/09/11 Arroyo Grande, CA -- Former Arroyo Grande City Councilman Ed Arnold changed his plea to "no contest" on charges of residential burglary and child pornography. He previously pleaded "not guilty" to those charges. A judge recommended Arnold is sentenced up to six months in county jail.
