06/27/11 Under-18s can now buy 'Grand Theft Auto' Tuesday, June 28th, 2011 12:23:00 THE US Supreme Court yesterday overturned a California bill that banned the sale or rental of violent video games to minors. In a 7-2 decision, the court declared the bill was an unconstitutional infringement on freedom of speech, and upheld an earlier decision by the San Francisco-based federal appeals court.
