Other news07/02/11 SCOTTS VALLEY -- Bay Photo is proposing to buy Seagate Technology's 17 acres at 900, 915 and 920 Disc Drive in Scotts Valley as its headquarters, converting some of the office space to manufacturing and relocating its 200 employees from the city of Santa Cruz.
