Kidnapper's home videos released

07/13/11 WALNUT CREEK, California: The El Dorado County District Attorney's Office has released clips of Phillip and Nancy Garrido's home movies, including videos of young girls playing at parks and a parole agent searching the kidnappers' home without knowledge that a captive Jaycee Dugard was 10 metres away in the backyard.

Attorney: System failed to supervise Garrido, needs to be fixed
