07/03/11 June 28, 2011 - At around 6:20 a.m. Friday, June 24, Rocky Nelson, 52, of Susanville, was riding his 1981 Suzuki motorcycle southbound on Highway 395 south of Hicks Road when an unidentified vehicle traveling northbound, approaching the motorcycle, began passing a truck and trailer.
