06/17/11 A defense attorney told jurors Friday that authorities botched the investigation of a Sedona sweat lodge ceremony that turned deadly and then improperly charged self-help author James Ray.

Radford Man Charged With Shooting His Roommate

06/18/11 Radford, VA - Radford police have arrested 22-year-old James Ray Levesque with shooting his roommate. A police news release says Levesque shot Michael Rose, 22, in the stomach around 3 a.m. Saturday. Rose was flown to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital where he's listed in stable condition.
