Motions overruled at Marshall murder trial

07/11/11 MARION - Williamson County Circuit Judge John Speroni overruled two motions entered into court Monday by defense attor-ney Tom Mansfield in representation of his client, murder defendant Marcus Marshall, that called for a mistrial and a not guilty verdict.
