    Child killed in crash near Duncan

    01/21/10 Tragedy struck the Duncan Valley Friday morning. An 18-month-old girl was killed after the vehicle from which she was ejected rolled and landed on her in a two-vehicle crash near the Old Virden Road near Duncan. The child apparently was not restrained in a child safety seat.
