Elk Garden playhouse is vandalized

05/29/11 ELK GARDEN - When Elk Garden students arrived at school on Friday morning to celebrate the last day of classes and observe Fun Day, yellow caution tape surrounded a favorite outdoor spot of the younger pupils.
