Blackfoot Police officers make multiple theft arrests

06/13/11 Blackfoot patrol officers arrested two persons late Saturday night, June 11, for stealing items out of unlocked cars. Justin Keaton, 24, of Fort Hall was booked into the Bingham County Jail for Encouraging Violations of the Juvenile Corrections Act and Accessory to Felony Burglary.
