State Police arrest Connecticut man for Rape in the City of Rome

07/14/11 ROME, July 14, 2011 -- On July 13, Inv. Andrew Wilmot of the New York State BCI in Marcy, currently assigned to the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center, arrested Brandon A. Mills, 23, of New Haven , Connecticut, and charged him with Rape in the Third Degree.
