Agency Approves Route KS Transmission Lines

07/14/11 The state has approved a new route for another high-voltage electric transmission line in south-central and southwest Kansas. The Hutchinson News reports that the Kansas Corporation Commission approved the route for ITC Great Plains 122-mile line this week.

Hospital opens cardiology clinic

07/17/11 The North Platte Telegraph The Great Plains Heart Center's cardiology clinic is open for business. It began offering services Monday as part of a push to make Great Plains Regional Medical Center the regional health care destination for west central Nebraska.
