    08/09/10 PHOENIX (AP) - Authorities say they have captured one of the two convicted killers who escaped from an Arizona prison in Wyoming. The U.S. Marshals office says Tracy Province was arrested with a handgun early Monday in northwest Wyoming, about 60 miles outside of Yellowstone National park.
