    01/16/10 Twenty-one of Arizona's 30 state parks and recreation areas will close because of budget cuts, state officials decided. The Arizona State Parks Board voted unanimously Friday to begin closing the parks despite pleas to keep them open, The Arizona Republic reported Saturday.
