Arkansas State places 2 on preseason watch lists

07/14/11 JONESBORO, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas State has placed a pair of football players on preseason watch lists. Senior Tom Castilaw has been named to the fall watch list for the Rimington Trophy, given annually to college football's top center.
