    Tornado season kicks off Tuesday

    02/27/11 In Texas and Arkansas it seems winter weather advisories can give way to tornado watches in the blink of an eye. March 1 marks the official beginning of tornado season. Tornadoes are more prevalent from April through July, with May and June being the peak months.
