Crisis Center told: 'Check's (almost) in the mail'

Pat Quinn's office is assuring the Community Crisis Center here that the check will be in the mail soon.But it may not be soon enough for the beleaguered agency."I appreciate there is money forthcoming, but the delay is a burden," crisis center Executive Director Gretchen Vapnar said Thursday.
