10/29/09 UPDATE: The Hardy area is beginning to sandbag the city hall area of the city. They are reporting the water could be higher than the 2006 floods. The Spring River is forecasted to rise to 18 feet by Friday afternoon, which is 8 feet above flood stage. Local couple had to be rescued from their home by boat.
