Other news07/12/11 As has been done over the last several years, the pulling of pulling water chestnuts from the Battle Island area of the Oswego River was started this past weekend. This year, neighbors of Battle Island and members of the Oswego County Environmental Management Council participated in the pull.
07/13/11 Huntertown and Leo-Cedarville were recently recognized by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management for meeting or exceeding all federal and state requirements while implementing storm-sewer and water-quality management plans.
