Hewes says he's ready for lt. governor's post

07/07/11 TUPELO - Billy Hewes insists his life experience and leadership in the Mississippi Senate make him the voters' better choice for lieutenant governor. Two firefighters sent to hospital during fire response

07/05/11 Walnut Ridge Fire Chief Frank Owens said the fire started low, moved up toward the attic, and spread into the house. Since the house was being renovated and had walls in the attic, Owens said the fire was especially hard to contain.
