Clunkers roll into Chambersburg area new car dealerships

08/04/09 CHAMBERSBURG -- Bill Barling did a double take when an old Jeep Wrangler crossed the lot of Fitzgerald Nissan Scion Toyota. The Jeep was used as a hunting vehicle and was missing its top, but the customer still got a $4,500 discount toward a new vehicle.
