UW-L's Mane named Co-WIAC Player of the Year

03/01/11 LA CROSSE, WI (WXOW-TV)- The UW-L men's basketball team's season ended last week with a loss to UW-Oshkosh in the WIAC tournament, they only lose one senior off their roster, but it's a big loss in Tony Mane. Mane is named CO-WIAC Player of the Year along with Jake Smith of UW-Superior Monday.

North Ga. couple charged in string of cooking oil thefts

03/10/11 UNDATED - A North Georgia couple is in custody after stealing cooking oil from outside of area restaurants. "These two suspects were driving a large pick-up truck with a large plastic tank and a pump on the back," said Gwinnett County Police Cpl. Jake Smith.
