|  02/26/10 By Jason Morton Staff Writer TUSCALOOSA | Forkland Mayor Eddie J. Woods has been arrested on a 47-count indictment alleging theft and forgery. Woods, 38, was arrested Wednesday at the Greene County Jail, where he had been incarcerated since Jan. 21, when Greene County Circuit Judge Eddie Hardaway ordered him jailed for allegedly failing to comply with a court order.
