Forkland, Ala. mayor accused of stealing almost $20,000 from black mayors' group

02/26/10 TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -- Forkland Mayor Eddie J. Woods has been arrested on a 47-count indictment alleging theft and forgery and accusing him of embezzling $19,950 from the Alabama Conference of Black Mayors.
