07/18/11 BAY MINETTE, Alabama -- A Columbia, Ala., man who pleaded guilty to leaving a horse and a dog for days without food or water has been given suspended sentences. Leon B. Randolph, 30, entered his pleas on charges of animal cruelty to a horse and second-degree cruelty to a dog at a bench trial June 16.
