    01/16/10 The Tuscaloosa Sister Cities Commission is seeking nominations for the Dean Paul Garner International Friendship Award. The award is named for the late Paul Garner, longtime dean of the University of Alabama school of business. Garner was a charter member of the Tuscaloosa Sister Cities program and a member until his death.
