01/07/10 By Lisa Rogers Times Staff Writer A dusting of snow Thursday afternoon caused slick roads across Northeast Alabama and numerous wrecks clogged traffic on highways. The Gadsden-Etowah County Emergency Management Agency has advised drivers to use extreme caution on roads.
