Bids for second phase of Gadsden's Black Creek Trail to be considered

07/10/11 With the first phase of the Black Creek Trail nearing completion, bids for the second phase, from Noccalula Falls Park to Meighan Boulevard, will be considered Tuesday by the Gadsden City Council, Mayor Sherman Guyton said.
