FPL solar rebate

07/01/11 I commend Florida Power & Light for implementing its solar rebate program. As a former commissioner on the Florida Public Service Commission, I encouraged FPL to adopt residential solar rebates to promote distributed generation as part of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation goals that the PSC established in 2009.
