    Former Alabama pastor sentenced for wife's slaying

    12/14/09 COLUMBIANA, Ala. (AP) - A former pastor from Shelby County has been sentenced to life in prison for the murder of his wife. Circuit Judge Dan Reeves imposed the maximum sentence Monday on 45-year-old Timothy Dane Tillman of Vincent.

    Pastor guilty of murder

    10/23/09 COLUMBIANA, AL (WBRC) - A Shelby County jury on Friday convicted a former pastor of murdering his wife almost four years after her death. The jury found Timothy Tillman guilty Friday afternoon for the murder of his wife, Janet Tillman, after two hours of deliberating.
