07/17/11 Manhole risers were installed on Whitesburg Drive to make the manholes as flush with the new pavement as possible after the repaving, an AT&T spokeswoman said. But two manholes will remain one-half inch below the pavement because manhole risers only come in one-inch and two-inch height, officials said.
