    05/02/11     A team of Federal Emergency Management Agency officials will head to East Mississippi this week to begin assessing the damage to homes and businesses damaged by the deadly tornadoes that struck on Wednesday.     Residents in Kemper, Clarke, Jasper and Neshoba counties will receive assistance, officials said. Neshoba was added to the list of counties eligible for FEMA benefits on Sunday.
